This is my first tattoo. Om, the sound made at the creation of the universe. Its said that all sounds stem from the om. It’s purpose is to serve as a reminder that we all come from the same beginning. This is my beginning of the creation of my own self, my personal universe, and all will stem from its beginning. I was introduced to the Om by my father, who’s been practicing buddhism for quite some time now. I had the piece done by an artist named Chad at a local shop, Final Sin. It’s located in the East Bay, Concord, California. I could not be happier.
